If the trademark is consisted of drawing, Chinese character and foreign
language, should this be regarded as a compositional trademark or
different trademarks need registered individually?
A:
the 44 item of the trademark law has defined that it is forbidden to
change the registered trademark of the applicant self. It means the use of
the trademark should be agreed with the registration record. If the
trademark use different forms in different condition, it is necessary to
separate the trademark for registering individually. Whereas it needs to
register as compositional trademark.
